Be You Be Free is a body positive space. We are a supportive and non-judgmental community for all women of all shapes and sizes. We do not focus on weight loss, transformations, or diets. We focus on fun and sustainable health and well-being behaviours such as self-care, body respect, fun exercise, work-life balance and mindfulness amongst others.
