- Group capacity is a max of 10 spaces.
- Combines wellness practices each week of the program.
- Strength, resistance, cardio, endurance, high intensity and circuits.
- Lots of partner work and games.
- Lots of fun.
- Complementary take home workouts and recipes
- Monthly bush walks, coastal walks, running sessions and social catch ups.
- Ongoing email and phone support and access to Be You Be Free Facebook support page for all members.

- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
- 5.30pm & 6.30pm
- Coogee Beach
- One week of free training for all new members.
$45 per week
