Hi, I’m Shreen and welcome to Be You Be Free outdoor fitness groups for women in Coogee
I’m not your typical Personal Trainer, I’m a Body Positive personal trainer who helps women have fun with exercise and create a fun, practical approach to their health and wellbeing in a supportive, non-judgmental and comfortable community.
Most women I speak to want to move their body, but they find exercise boring , or they feel intimidated in a gym environment. They want to have fun with exercise, and surround themselves with like-minded women, feel supported and confident. That’s why I created Be You Be Free, so women can come and move their body for fun, in a comfortable, supportive and non-judgemental environment.
Be You Be Free is a body positive outdoor group fitness class for women. We are a supportive and non-judgmental community for all women. We respect all bodies.
We do not focus on weight loss, transformations, or diets. We focus on fun and sustainable health and wellbeing behaviours such as intuitive eating, self-care, body respect, fun exercise, work-life balance and mindfulness amongst others.

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 6.30am- Baker Park (next to Coogee Diggers)
Free week for all new members
$49 per week thereafter
