Hi, I’m Shreen and welcome to Be You Be Free Personal Training in Coogee.

I’m not your typical Personal Trainer, I’m a Body Positive personal trainer who helps women build confidence and respect in themselves and create a fun, practical and balanced approach to their health and wellbeing in a supportive, non-judgmental and comfortable environment.

At Be You Be Free we exercise for how it makes us feel, and for its health and wellbeing benefits. We do not focus on weight loss, transformations, or diets. We focus on pursuing sustainable health and wellbeing behaviors such as;

Be You Be Free is a body positive space. We are a supportive and non-judgmental community for all women.


  • Individualised sessions for you and your wellbeing goals

  • Diet free, body positive space

  • Fun and varied workouts including strength, circuits, high intensity and boxing

  • Health and wellbeing info and activities each week

  • A supportive, comfortable and non-judgmental environment

  • Ongoing email and phone support

  • Access to the private members page and the Be You Be Free community and social events

  • All one-on-one sessions will be arranged over the phone, or via email, at a time that suits you


  • 30 minutes- $50

  • 45 minutes - $65

  • 60 minutes - $75
