What you need.
1 cup of coconut water
Half a banana
Half a cup of frozen blueberries
Tablespoon nut butter
Tablespoon coconut cream
Tablespoon of rolled oats
Teaspoon chia seeds
Teaspoon of cacao powder
Teaspoon maca powder
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Sweetener of choice (optional)
How to make.
Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz! Add ice if using fresh blueberries.
