What you need.
- 1 cup of coconut water 
- Half a banana 
- Half a cup of frozen blueberries 
- Tablespoon nut butter 
- Tablespoon coconut cream 
- Tablespoon of rolled oats 
- Teaspoon chia seeds 
- Teaspoon of cacao powder 
- Teaspoon maca powder 
- Sprinkle of cinnamon 
- Sweetener of choice (optional) 
How to make.
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz! Add ice if using fresh blueberries.
