I often get asked for nutritious snack ideas that are easy to prepare. I always pack nutrient dense snacks in my bag before I leave the house so I have something on hand if I get hungry when I am out and about.

Boiled eggs and nuts
Nut butter on brown rice cakes
Greek yoghurt with blueberries and nut butter sprinkled with cinnamon and cacao powder

Coconut cream with nut butter and fruit
70% dark chocolate smeared with nut butter
Frozen banana smeared with nut butter and sprinkled with cacao
